Living Will

This document is an ancillary document to the durable power of attorney for health care, and is not the same thing as a DNR. It basically states that if two physicians determine you to be a brain-dead vegetable, you would prefer to not be kept alive. This document can provide your patient advocate (the agent named in your durable power of attorney) peace-of-mind when faced with making a difficult decision.
